TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Design Services
RAK Ceramics looks forward to support you on your design journey, whether it's a single room in your home or your entire home. We believe that our products have the power to transform your spaces. We are committed to creating and providing you with plans and illustrations ("designs") for your space(s) using our products.

Design Fee
AED 1,500 per room design (for 3 x 1-hour sessions with our designers)
AED 500 per room design (for an additional 1-hour session with our designers)
If you choose to purchase our products, the design fee may be deducted from the cost of those products, subject to a minimum purchase amount of AED 5,000. We will issue you with a voucher by email in the amount of the relevant Design Fee, which you may then redeem against the purchase of the Products provided for in your Designs (including Promotional Products) at any of our showrooms or online via our website. Please note that the voucher cannot be used with any other voucher, discount code or redeemed for cash. The voucher is valid for a period of three months from the date of issue.

Disclaimer
All designs we provide are intended solely as a guide and for illustrative purposes only and are intended to help you visualize the potential of your space. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the designs are suitable for your purposes, based on your space (s) and needs. Please note that certain products you have selected may not be available. In this case, we will use alternative products in our designs.

Measurements and Installation
All the designs we create for your room(s) are based on the measurements you provide. It is important that you double-check your measurements before proceeding with the installation of the products. Please note that we are not responsible for the installation of the products, and you will need to hire a contractor to assist you in determining the precise quantity of products required. Kindly be advised that we will not conduct any site visits.

Cancellation
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and we are here to accommodate your needs. If you notify us at least 24 hours' in advance that you are unable to attend your appointment, we will be happy to refund your design fee and help you reschedule. However, please note that we cannot offer refunds once design services have commenced.

Copyright
The Designs, including drawings, plans and other materials provided by us, are protected by copyright, design rights and other applicable rights belonging to us. You have no rights in them and it is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce or permit the copying or reproduction of our designs.

Legal Matters
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any claims, losses, demands or damages (whether foreseeable, known or otherwise) arising from or related to your use of the Design Service and the Designs. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect or consequential losses, loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits from contracts), loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, damage to reputation, loss, damage or corruption of data, loss of use of money, or any other losses or damages, whether or not you have been advised of the possibility of such claims, losses, demands or damages. This applies whether such claims arise in tort (including negligence), contract or any other legal theory.

Please note that this statement does not affect your statutory rights as an individual user.
